Upcoming Projects

I have more projects that I've photographed, that I want to share with you when I get the time. It just takes awhile to play with the blog layout in order to publish a new post.
If you're interested in making any of these projects, come to the open house, or sign up for your own workshop.

Gratitude Card

Here's a quick card. The fancy paper really dresses it up and makes it so easy to make. It says gratitude: Cause of happiness or joy. Expressing appreciation for something or someone.
I crumbled and smoothed out the paper to give the card more texture.

INGREDIENTS:
CS: Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa
DSP: Berry Bliss
INK: Purely Pomegranate
ACCESSORIES: Chocolate Chip Grosgrain Ribbon, Vintage Brads, sponge, 1/8 inch hole punch* SNAIL, Stampin' Dimensionals

*whenever I use brads I use this hole punch, so I'm not going to list the punch anymore.

Scrap Bookin'

Here's my first scrapbook page with my niece. She was playing in a big paper shopping bag and I snapped this shot. She was hugging her favorite "loaner" teddy bear.

It's hard to see, but the tag under her picture says, "cherish." This is such a sweet little word that makes anything quite special.

I know the top image is a little dark and grainy, but I'm still learning as I go. Well, I took another shot of the page, it's even darker, but I think the image is clearer.

Here I've used cherish to capture the laughter of this precious little girl. Check out the little teddy bear with brads for joints and glossy eyes.
Her sweet Elmo Valentine completes the page.
