Altered Notebooks

A colleague asked me to design some graduation gifts for some of her seniors. Here are the coordinating notebooks and cards I made for these graduating young ladies and young men.


For the ladies,
...using a beautiful set of designer series paper called Spring Silhouettes.


With a close-up on the detail. You'll see rhinestone brads and ribbon:

Here's the matching card:


Each one is unique, just like the students she gave them to.



For the men,
...using earth elements card stock and one of only a few stamps that I'd consider masculine.
Instead of satin ribbon and rhinestones, you'll see vintage brads, twill, and hemp.
The cards are right on top of the notebooks.
